Porta Potty Rental Terms in Fairfield, TX 75840

Last Updated: 11/4/2026

What a Standard Rental Covers

Last updated: November 2026

A standard porta potty rental includes the unit, delivery to the agreed site, placement in an accessible location approved by the customer, and pickup at the scheduled end of the rental. Cleaning, servicing, supplies, and extra visits are included only if listed in the quote or rental agreement. The customer must provide safe access and tell us about site conditions that could affect delivery or use.

Separate written approval is needed for hand-wash stations, restroom trailers, accessible units, holding tanks, pumping, extra cleaning, extended rental periods, or special delivery arrangements. TX Toilet Pros does not provide construction work, utility connections, event permits, or wastewater reuse unless separately agreed.

Customers remain responsible for confirming local event requirements; Fairfield rules can vary by site and event. Applicable requirements may include OSHA construction sanitation under 29 CFR 1926.51, workplace sanitation under 29 CFR 1910.141, and accessible toilet provisions in the 2010 ADA Standards.

Wastewater must be handled under applicable Texas requirements, including the Texas Water Code and 30 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 210.

Setting Dates and Changing a Booking

To request service, provide the site address, desired delivery and pickup dates, unit type, rental duration, and any access instructions. A booking is scheduled only after TX Toilet Pros confirms the details. Delivery windows may depend on route, weather, site access, and other operating conditions; a requested time is not confirmed until stated in writing.

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel, change dates, adjust the number or type of units, or extend a rental. Any cancellation charge or deadline will be disclosed in the quote or booking confirmation; if none is stated, ask before confirming.

Changes can affect availability and the total charge. We will explain any revised terms and obtain your approval before proceeding with added or changed work.

Do not assume a message has changed a booking until we confirm it. If unsafe conditions or blocked access prevent service, we will contact you to discuss a practical next step and any schedule adjustment.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment

A quote is based on the information provided, including unit type and quantity, rental dates, delivery location, access, and any requested servicing. It describes the work and charges known at the time it is prepared. Ask us to clarify anything that is missing or unclear before accepting. A quote does not include extra work unless it says so.

Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in the quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. Review those terms before approving the rental.

If a requested change adds work or affects the schedule, TX Toilet Pros will explain the additional charge and seek your approval before proceeding. Charges may also change if the details supplied for the quote are materially different from the actual site conditions, but we will discuss the change with you first where practical.

Please raise invoice questions promptly and include the booking or invoice reference so we can review them. No particular price or payment arrangement is promised unless it appears in your written quote or confirmation.

Service Quality and Warranty Limits

TX Toilet Pros aims to deliver and service the equipment described in your confirmed rental agreement. If a unit arrives damaged, is placed differently from the agreed location, or a scheduled service appears to have been missed, contact us promptly with the site address and a description of the issue. We will review the booking and discuss an appropriate correction when the issue is within our control.

No separate workmanship warranty, fixed coverage period, or guaranteed response time is created by these terms. Any specific warranty or service commitment applies only if it is stated in writing in your quote or agreement.

Coverage may not apply to problems caused by misuse, vandalism, unauthorized movement, blocked or unsafe access, failure to follow supplied instructions, or conditions that existed before delivery. This section does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Please keep the written booking details and report concerns as soon as reasonably possible so we can assess them while the rental is active.

Responsibility for Loss and Site Conditions

To the extent allowed by law, TX Toilet Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from the rental is limited to the amount paid for the service connected to that claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate information provided by the customer, unauthorized movement or misuse of equipment, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limit.

Customers must provide safe access and identify known hazards, underground utilities, restricted areas, and conditions that could affect placement or collection. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and legal duties.

Applicable rules may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 for workplace sanitation, and the 2010 ADA Standards for accessible toilet facilities. Wastewater handling must follow applicable requirements, including the Texas Water Code and 30 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 210 where relevant.

Event permits and local requirements in Fairfield may vary; customers should confirm requirements for their site and event.
